Great Plains United Methodist Renewal Banquet
June 14th, 2018 starting at 6pm at Asbury UMC (2801 W. 15th St)

We are excited to have Dr. Jackson Lashier, the Assistant Professor of Religion at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas speak to us this year. Jackson has a passion for connecting the historic doctrines of the church to everyday lives of Christians. He is the author of Irenaeus on the Trinity (Brill, 2014) and numerous scholarly articles in academic journals such as Vigiliae Christianae and Greek Orthodox Theological Review. His wife, Julie, is a chaplain at Cumbernauld Village and works with the Discipleship program. They have two daughters, Ruthie and Rachel, and one son, David. He also loves the Green Bay Packers. (We’ll pray for him).

The cost of the banquet is $10.00. Yearly dues are also $10.00 for those who continue as members or desire to be members. Please make your reservations by June 6 (This is very important!) by filling out the form below.
